Told the salesman what another dealership was offering for our navigator as is said I wouldn’t take less obviously but liked their expedition more. I specified already had financing and would not have more than an hour and a half to get done. All was agreed upon. I sent all paperwork and a video of my vehicle and pics. We appreciate Mathis making the trip up to see us. Our final offers are always based on our being able to inspect a vehicle. We agreed upon a price on the phone subject to inspection. Mathis was nice enough to shoot a video of the vehicle running, and based on the sound that was being made while the engine was running, we had our service department diagnose what we heard at our own expense and no charge to him, and it was deemed to need about $5,000 of work to bring the vehicle up to retail condition. Everyone was really professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Only complaints: on a used car they added a paint protection package as an additional cost above the advertised price. I didn’t want it, but it was already applied so it couldn’t be removed. IMO it should be in the advertised price then. (2) It took almost two hours after we signed the deal to get the paperwork done - I can’t imagine what takes so long.

We were looking for a car for a couple of weeks. We just happened to drive by Miracle Ford and saw a 2022 Ford Ranger that caught our eye. Ryan Skirvin just happened to be walking out so we stopped and ask him how much it was. He went out of his way to talk with us and to get us a price on the vehicle. We had an incredible experience with Olivia! She was extremely responsive leading up to our appointment, easy to schedule with, and enthusiastic about meeting with us. It snowed the morning of our appointment, so we ended up rescheduling, but she reached out later in the day to make sure we didn't want to still come in.
