Called the dealership about a vehicle and they had the car ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. Charlie Piper helped us purchase the car with no pressure and we were able to negotiate a fair price in a short amount of time. If you need a vehicle then Charlie is the person I highly recommend!

Brought in my Escape for transmission repair 3 months ago. The transmission had been rebuilt in 2 weeks but 3 months later the issue happened again even worse. Nobody apologized but at least I was promised to fix it asap.. now it’s the third week the car staying in the service parking lot without any move.. it’s almost impossible to reach out service department on a phone so I stopped by 3 times already to discuss in person.
