Tried charge for transmutation when it was under factory and lifetime warranty. Took months of going back and forth. Service desk was never friendly or helpful. We will never go back after using them for years.

We feel we went above and beyond after we were provided the lifetime powertrain information that was purchased from another dealer. We absorbed over $4000 worth of rental expenses that were not covered by the contract. I’ve tried to buy 2 vehicles here and both times they tried to screw me… sorry not having it! I’ve have spent over $30,000 in the service department alone and they still try to screw me. I think I will take my business and the company that I work for business elsewhere. I know there is some dealership somewhere that would gladly take my money and give me a deal that makes me happy, NOT MIRACLE FORD.
