I purchased my used 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Olivia Tipton back in January. It was my best experience purchasing any vehicle. The entire team was extremely attentive, and helpful. I came in with my own financing, and the finance manager Mr. Jim got me a better rate and met my terms with Ford Credit. The pwertrain warranty was amazing, and so was the extended warranty. Poor experience overall. My salesman: - Couldn't remember my name - Laughed at me when I said I wanted a vehicle that hadn't been in any accidents - Didn't answer questions about things like interest rates and whether a vehicle had been in a prior accident - Repeatedly interrupted me while talking - Dismissed my concerns about interior lights not working

Colton and Sandra where great. We almost walked as we had a 10:00 appointment with Cameron on Saturday. He was not there he was sent to pick up someone at the airport knowing he had appointments. Someone had been texting us and my wife even let them know we would be about 10min late nothing was said about he was out and take our time. I will definitely ask for Colton and Sandra for future dealings.

I bought a Ford Expedition from Miracle Ford in May 2022. I am in love with my vehicle! We have traveled to the beach & other states. Which has made us realize how much we really enjoyed having all the space for my family & our puppies. However, coming out of this process/looking back I feel as if I was low balled on my Honda CR-V. Miracle Fire and Cameron Hall gave my wife and I the best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased from overseas and my wife came to pick the truck up from out of state.
