I purchased my used 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Olivia Tipton back in January. It was my best experience purchasing any vehicle. The entire team was extremely attentive, and helpful. Poor experience overall. My salesman: - Couldn't remember my name - Laughed at me when I said I wanted a vehicle that hadn't been in any accidents - Didn't answer questions about things like interest rates and whether a vehicle had been in a prior accident - Repeatedly interrupted me while talking - Dismissed my concerns about interior lights not working
