I thought Nicks reviews were fake they were so good. I checked out people to make sure they even existed. Once those reviews checked out we scheduled Nick to inspect the first of what turned out to be three houses. Nicks attention to detail proved itself with that house. We recently purchased a home in Hickory Valley, TN. Nick responded to my initial request in less than 24 hours even while he was on vacation! He is truly dedicated to delivering for his customers. He was able to get out to inspect the home we were purchasing quickly, performed a thorough inspection, and provided a detailed report shortly thereafter. I Googled Nick and found him by accident. Then I found out that he was one of the best. Then I found out that he does a very thorough job. Then I found out that he doesn't work with any Realtors or Brokers so there's no biases. Then I found out that he's a great listener, and he's here for me, the buyer. If you want to be well informed about what the condition of a property is give him a call. I was very impressed at his home inspection process. He’s knowledgeable and explains everything to clients in great detail. As a realtor, I was so happy to see how well he truly looks over a home and noted everything. Nick was a HUGE help to us as we're first time home buyers. He pointed out a lot that we were able to ask the seller to fix before we buy the house. If we had chosen not to do an inspection, we'd definitely be buying a home that would have had some huge expenses at the start. Thank you Nick!
