I recommend nick to anyone buying a home! He is very thorough and keeps you in the loop threw the whole process! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and very upfront and honest about everything! Mirabellas home inspections exceeded all expectations and more!!! The only company I will ever use!!
Ok so i just purchased my first house so i have NEVER done this before. One of my coworkers recomended Nick Mirabella to me and im glad he did! This guy has been a tremendous help. Super professional. Easy to talk to. Makes sence of things that are going on with the house. And above all else, he is honest and thorough. His inspections he sends out are very easy to read, and pricing is great for the quality inspection you get! Wouldn't recommend anyone else, because Nick is literally the best there is!
Nick is the most thorough home inspector you will find anywhere. Prices are very reasonable and for the piece of mind knowing you have someone on your side. Nick was very professional and very thorough with his inspection. It was clear to us that we hired the right guy to perform the home inspection for us. Nick did a great job explaining as he went, allowing us to ask questions along the way. Th e final inspection report was provided to us the very next day. It was an easy to understand report with pictures to help explain what he saw.
