In October of last year, I started looking for a a new home and found this awesome home inspector by the name of Nick Mirabella, after doing a little research on the internet. He has helped me tremendously and been absolutely invaluable. Nick was very thorough in his inspections, which I truly appreciated and of course, the sellers and their realtors did not. After months of frustration with realtors and sellers , both, seemingly working against us, we bought our very first home in December. As first time buyers, we had NO CLUE of all of the steps to take and were recommended to go with Nick for our home inspection. We used Nick for 2 inspections and it was the best, most refreshing experience out of all of the people we dealt with through the homebuying process. Buying a home is scary enough, but when you hire a proficient inspector to come your potential home to examine everything makes buying a home a little easier. I have been looking for the right house for a year. I met Nick after hiring a home inspector at random. After having Nick inspect the property I don't want to hire anyone else. I was very happy with his work. Now, whenever I need an inspection I call Nick. I have hired him on several occasions. I know he will do thorough job. I highly recommend Nick for anyone else that's looking for their next home.
Nick saved us!! He went to do an inspection for us and found that the property was not ready for inspection. he did do some visual inspection and red flags went up. After an hour he called me and with the utilities were not turned on I told him to go ahead and leave. The listing agent took no responsibility for not having things ready. If you are buying in Tennessee please get an inspection. and if you are in the Jackson area Nick is your man. While I was house hunting, Nick inspected two houses for me. I really appreciate his attention to detail. His reports where a bit overwhelming but Nick talked me through them and made it more understandable. When you buy a house, you defintiely want to know what you are buying, no surprises. Because of Nick, I was able to pass on two potentally dangerous and costly mistakes. I recommend Mirabella's Home Inspections.
