Ridiculously detailed, professional and takes the time to explain what is there, how to fix it properly, and what is reasonable. I’ve had other inspections in the past, and they have been fine, but Nick was great! He cares about the process, found things that needed to be addressed before we put our house on the market, and i can not recommend him high enough. We will certainly use him again when our house sells. Thanks Nick!

Nick was very thorough, and dependable. We lived in Florida and bought in Tennessee. We were not able to be in TN for the inspections. He took care of everything. His report was detailed, and we went forward knowing what we were getting into. I would most definitely use him again if needed, and recommend him to anyone.

He is truly honest about everything! You dont see honesty anymore. If you're gonna be paying for a house for 30 years, you better get an honest inspector! Even if its something you don't want to hear.
