From the first moment I spoke with Nick on the phone, I immediately knew I'd picked the right inspector for our first home purchase. Nick, did a great job inspecting the house we were trying to buy. He was there early, great to deal with, and thorough. He spent over 3 hours inspecting, and had a report to us in under 24hrs.Ultimately his inspection saved us over 20k in needed repairs. would recommend him to everyone.

Nick’s Home inspection was very thorough and well laid out with concise descriptions and many pertinent pictures. Nick took the time to FaceTime with me to help me evaluate things from out of state. Even though the house I purchased was relatively newer, Nick’s Inspection saved me almost three times more money than the inspection cost.
