Not impressed at all. Car was still pretty wet coming out...no one to finish drying...one nozzle size on vacuums. A machine does the mat "cleaning" the machine did a terrible job. Back of my car still dirty... Am headed straight to the wash on the west end now. A waste of $13 in my opinion.
Took a chunk of paint off the side of my Tahoe, but the vaccuums are top notch�
My car wasn’t even clean after I went through the wash and the tracks ripped the air tube right of my tire. My tire was in perfect condition before I went in.
Never use this carwash. My wife, while visiting our kids in Billings, made the mistake of using them to clean her Mazda Miata. They not only managed to knock out the tow eye cap without noticing they chipped the paint job as they did so. After promising my wife that all she had to do was take in in and get a quote and they would take care of it they waited until she was back home in GA before saying all they would pay for was the cap and she was on her own for the paint job fix that they caused. I went thru for the first time today with my new pickup and will not be going back. It left horrible water spots everywhere!
I have been taking my car there since it was open and was pretty happy. Unfortunately the last few visits my window had so many spots it was horrible! I don’t know what’s different but after my wash yesterday I might not be back. I thought they had a clear rinse so you didn’t have water spots. Felt like I wasted money
Staff was friendly. But wasn’t satisfied with the wash. Spots were missed, vacuum was broken. Would rather spend more and go elsewhere. However I did like their setup for the line waiting for the wash instead of waiting in a huge line in the parking lot.
