My son paid $16 today for a "Cool Mint" ?? wash on my truck that he had been using, The truck came out the other side with $$$$ damage to the top of the cab, the machine tore off a Lund cab visor, ripped out the bolts and put two large dents in top of cab! What did the attendant say ?"Disclaimer" not responsible for damage to your vehicle. Would not recommend this place to anyone!👎

In the BIRD - Billings Industrial Revitalization District of Downtown Billings.
We took our Subaru thru the car wash on a Saturday morning. We didn’t think there were any issues until we got to our destination only to find about a foot of our side bumper had been ripped off. We have called several times and someone is always going to check video and call us back. We have been trying for a week and a half. No, there wasn’t any damage to our vehicle prior to entering car wash. But there sure is now. We now have to pay our deductible to get it repaired....Do not go there. Ridiculous!!!!!
Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership today. Going through the wash, something malfunctioned & slammed into my car so hard it knocked off my side view mirror & nearly gave me a heart attack! I then learned that they do not repair any damages caused by their car wash on any vehicles older than a 2009. Just wanted to give everyone using this car wash a fair warning.
I went yesterday and bought the $20 wash. The man that helped me was nice and said I would probably have to go through twice. After the first wash he was right, so I got in line again. I checked again and there was still bugs on my windshield, the front of my pickup, and my mirrors. My side windows were still dirty and streaky and my running boards still had quite a bit of dirt on them. I would have went again but I didn’t have time to sit in like again. Paid $13 for a supposedly “awesome” car wash. There are streaks all over my windows and it didn’t take off any bugs off the front of my car
