We like it, everytime we go to Billings we go through it. We have had no issues what so ever. The help has been very friendly. We highly recommend it.

Going through the wash itself was fun and my van looks pretty clean, but there were no people around to give me the new air freshener that should have come with the wash I paid for, no towels or rags that I could find tho dry off the drips that always come down from around windows, etc. The vacuum worked fine where I parked although it was really loud because the hose on the next vacuum over had a large crack in it, so was running constantly. I ran my SUV threw there wash. It came out with chipped paint all over the sides of my vehicle. I made a report with them and the guy was very nice. He told me that they would let me know something in a few days. It has been over a month and no one will return my call.
I left with all 8 windows still dirty as well as the wheel wells. For $20 I expected much better. My mats wouldn’t fit in the mat washer...again for a free matt wash that’s included with the wash, it would have been nice if I️ could have left with clean mats. The dash wipes they give you really don’t do much and they left terrible streaks all over my leather...I️ will have to wipe the inside down after I️ was my mats. The vacuums, however, were excellent!
