My car was lightly dirty with a few bugs on the front. I paid $20 and left with dirt still clinging to the windows, the back door, around the license plate, where the mirrors were folded in, and around the tires. I also left with soap running down the doors, windows and wax heavily caked onto my tires and clinging to two of my doors. I'm not mad, glad I tried, but I won't be back. Your staff was friendly.
Brought my truck to this car wash for the first time because it was muddy, as I pulled up a guy ran out before I even came to a stop and said "our pressure washer is down and we can't wash trucks like yours." I said "ok, I'll just go somewhere else" and he said I can give a free wash for next time" so I said I will never come here again"; he tried to explain their equipment was down was the reason why. While this car wash is pretty fancy, for $20 I would expect that it would actually get my truck clean. Still dried mud on the outside of my front fenders. On top of that, came out an had a bunch of paint chips take. Off of my pickup. Little spots here and there. Maybe this works better for smaller vehicles but I wouldn’t recommend taking a full sized pickup through.
Took my wife’s 2013 GMC Denali through your car wash on Sunday, bought the $20.00 wash to see what the best looks like. Well the car came out mostly ok, but when you have dirt still on the front and rear quarters and there are still bugs plastered on the front, (took photos)I would call it a $8.00 wash job. Posting this to see if the managers notice when there customers are not happy with their services an offer some kind of response. We will see.
Just tried out the $20 car wash was not worth it got out and looked and my trunck my license plate was still dirty and dirt other places as well wasnt worth 20$
Love my clean car. Shiny tires. Great mat washer too! Friendly staff.
