Apparently this is a clean car carwash! They won’t wash a truck that is too dirty. Too bad that truck is driven in Montana and it is a one ton used to pull horse trailers and such and is driven on Montana gravel roads in the wintertime. Guess The Mint will lose all my business and I will wash ALL my vehicles including the clean ones at The Wave where they have never turned me away for a dirty vehicle at their “carwash”.

Evidently you can't wash a vehicle if it's too dirty, you'll have to come back after you go wash it somewhere else first! If I was going to go wash it somewhere else first, why do I need you?! I'll be cancelling my membership in the morning. If you are not going to let muddy vehicles through, supply a way to spray off vehicles that are deemed too dirty for your carwash. Ridiculous.
I tried it yesterday for the first time and I Loved it! Not sure I will use any others now.
My truck looked amazing after. They were helpful and friendly. I will be back.
If you have a nice rig this isn’t the place for you. I drive a 2011 long bed duramax and it scratched the heck out of the side of the truck. And it broke the bug deflector off my dads ford pickup and they refused to replace it because it wasn’t Ford OEM.
Do Not take your vehicle to this car wash! The chrome that surrounds one of the small windows on my car came off during the wash. When asked, the person working there said they don’t cover “after market accessories or chrome”. The chrome IS factory chrome, but they will not pay for it to be repaired. A $20 car wash turned into a $296 bill!!
Was a joke. They wanted me to clean my truck bed before they would wash it. I am in a wheel chair and I just can't get in to clean it that easy . Thanks for making it difficult for the disabled
so the wash it self is fine. I was even signed up for the unlimited wash program, but today they made me reverse out with out a wash due to a shovel, cooler, and jack being in my truck bed, aswell as some odds and ends like bungee cords. Typical truck bed stuff for Montana. While cancelling my membership they tried to explain that they had had problems.
