Scratched both sides of my car over the weekend and my car was still dirty in spots!! Had to file a claim and was told she couldn't tell if it was their fault or not, so still waiting for a call back from the GM. Beyond disappointed and I've heard from several people this has happened to them as well.
Will not return. Did not even get our vehicle clean and got stop three time in it had to go somewhere else.very disappointed

Wouldn’t waste your time. Doesn’t clean very well if you have any mud on your car, and the prices are outrageous. If you have a bike rack or anything on your car they just say you can’t go through.
Ok so we have been through there 2x and the second time the guy working told us that it was recycled water. The pressure is amazing the truck actually came clean ! And its really cool that it is eco friendly .
I really liked the lights and all of that but I just want to throw a trigger warning out there. If you are even slightly claustrophobic I would be careful. All of your windows and windshield are fully covered almost the entire time. I just want to warn anyone else so they are aware! Besides that it was okay, staff is very nice.
