My husband purchased a $20 wash back in Dec 2025 and was told he could get unlimited washes for the next 30 days. Well, SOMEONE signed him up for a membership. His debit card was charged $40 in January and $40 in February. This company retained his card information and set him up on automatic payments which are both Unauthorized and Fraudulent! A good wash but very poor relationship. Spent almost $ 200 in one year for very few washes becauise their system of accounting is so poor. Spoke to the manager but he wasn't prepared to acknowlege a problem. I have ( had) been a customer since they opened about 5 years ago. But this counted for nothing.
