Fantastic surgery. Staff go on ver and above to be helpful special thankyou today to Tracey on reception. Nice to put a face to her name as she has been so helpful in the past . Certainly the best surgery I’ve ever had

Doctor Crosfield, Elliot and Greenway are all amazing. The ladies in the dispensary are some of the kindest and lovely to talk to. The South African receptionist who is fairly newish is so so rude though. And I have autism, struggle with change, lost my Mum and was forced to move. Everyone said Minster would allow me to stay despite being "just" outside the catchment area now. I wrote a heartfelt letter to request staying but was denied. Lovely.
