I had the most magical experience from start to finish at minster bridal. A 10/10 service and I would highly recommend this boutique. I felt so nervous beforehand and from the moment I walked through the doors, myself and my family/friends were made to feel so welcome and at ease. We had an amazing time visiting minister bridal, everyone there was so helpful, and gave us a great experience choosing my dream wedding dress. I would 100% recommend to anyone currently looking for theirs to give this place a go
This was the third bridal shop we visited and the experience was the best we'd had so far by a long way. Oxana and Donna were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. We were welcomed in and asked a bit about what we liked and they had pulled the dresses I had asked for in advance, however, we went around to see if any others caught my eye to try on. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but I do feel very mistreated and want to share a very unpleasant exchange with Minster Bridal Boutique. I had booked a one hour appointment to visit the boutique. The night before my appointment I received a WhatsApp message from the owner (which I wasn’t aware she was the owner at the time) to confirm our appointment.
