I came for nails polish removal. Customer service very poor, very unprofessional. Wrong file used on my hand nails , used the toes filer, hurts my nail and damaged it. No cuticle cutter or pusher used. No buff or cuticle oil applied. The shape you can’t even talk about it. Uses grill and toes filer on my hand nails and than I went to wash my hand no hand lotion.
