Dr. Karyna is kind, patient, and very thorough in her examinations. I am happy I found her. The clinic environment is also welcoming and very clean.
The receptionist (the one wearing glasses) was impatient and impolite when I asked about a discrepancy between her info and my earlier communication with Dr. Khan. I just wanted to clarify details, but her response left me feeling humiliated—she seemed focused only on getting payment right away. Please review this seriously and ensure staff treat patients with basic dignity. That said, Dr. Khan remains professional and incredibly helpful.
