Avoid! Should have read the reviews here before placing my order. Still waiting for my refund. Horrible customer service. Nobody ever gets back to you. Also been in touch with the owner thru WhatsApp. Been chasing her for weeks now. Just silly excuses and keeps saying she will sort it out, now not replying any of my messages. I have reported this comany to trading standards.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with this company, paid £6.60 for standard delivery and I am yet to receive my order! Rung the company numerous times to see where my order is and I have been fobbed off by "reception" staff telling me someone will call me back and then never do! So for anyone wanting to use henna products please find another brand as this company is a joke! I shall be reporting them to Trading Standards.
Awful customer service, course was ok but full kit not provided on the day and spoken (shouted) to extremely rudely by owner of the company.
