Outstanding customer service. I saw a ring on Miltons Diamonds website. As it can be quite difficult buying just from a picture, I contacted the store for more information. Manager Val replied to my email and answered all my questions. I promptly purchased the ring, as the ring was not my size Val offered to resize it free of charge. From order to delivery took 2 days. I now have my beautiful ring and can't wait to wear it. So my rating is absolutely 5 Stars
Excellent company. Ordered a 9ct gold belcher chain fast dispatch but unfortunately dpd messed the delivery up (not miltons dimonds fault at all ) the chain was excellent quality but it was needed for a specific date that dpd missed the delivery by 2days so I had to send it back. The lady I spoke to from Miltons was very Helpful and arranged the return and refund. It was quick and easy to return and refund processed very quickly. I will use Miltons diamonds again in the future.
Lost my wedding ring leaving the hospital and getting home last night. Went to Miltons 0930 this Monday, got a secondhand ring size W needed to be X and as I was on way to Hospital to my partner couldn't go back..someone waved a wand and it was done as a special was wearing it at 11am. Normally takes about a week. Cannot thank enough. My partner would have spotted no ring immediately as it was he just who's been cleaning their wedding then?
