I made a huge mistake in hiring these people for the bathroom sink resurfacing job. They lied from the very beginning. They changed the date 3 times with different excuses. We made our plans accordingly, took time off work, and waited for them, but they changed it again at the last minute. The last time we agreed on 9 o'clock today. Im sorry, but the job you guys did for us was absolutely awful. We accidently scratched a copper bath for a customer worth £3500. We called you guys, trusting you to do a good job. And its terrible. The customer was not happy at all. In fact we've had to refund the bath. Then replace the bath, take the front doors off to get them in and out. All because of your extremely poor workmanship.

Our shower screen imploded which damaged the shower tray. I was apprehensive about the repair work as our tray was a dull finish & was slightly textured but the repair was excellent, thanks to the skilled technician we don’t need to take out all the bottom tiles to renew the shower tray, so happy after having a terrible few days
