The old male receptionist in the ground floor is rude and impolite, he speaks in an authoritative and commanding way, if i didn’t have to meet a doctor i know how to handle a person who has an inferiority complex like this. The receptionist should be a polite and welcoming person. He talks like we came to his house. Very bad service of waiting ages to be seen by a doctor about my blood test results I informed the reception of how long the doctor was going to be and she said he will be about 20 or 30 minutes even though my booking time was 4:15pm I was really not happy with how long I have to wait he seriously wasted my time
