My dad had been transfered from Aintree hospital to Millvina House and the care he has recieved has been fantastic. The staff are always very caring, attentive and always sitting with the residents chatting with them and reassuring them. They take the time to get to now each resident and they have made my dad feel at home. I feel happy knowing he is being well looked after and supported there. My brother in law is at Millvina House, which is sparklingly clean and well maintained in all areas. He is really happy , the care he is receiving is second to none, its absolutely fantastic, every member of their staff are wonderful, he loves the food the activities and the personal care he is getting, i,e hair cuts when needed ,health assessments ect. Every day there is kindness , caring and loving banter and laughter .You would think that these qualities are the norm for care homes but believe me it's not. This place goes... read more

My mother in law is there. Days go by and she is not changed. Still in same clothes or PJs. No bra on. Multiple clothing items going missing. Not woken for dinner. Mainly ethnic staff playing on their mobiles all day. Bin in bathroom not emptied for days. No toilet paper. They really need a wakeup call. A truly shocking establishment

My father in law is at this wonderful home the staff are all amazing and every time we visit we leave happy he is a true liverpool fan and they kindly gave him a room facing the kop so every match day he can hear the supporters...thankyou so much to Danielle and Alison and the rest of the staff that put all the care and love into this wonderful place.
