This gym has a hard-core reputation but dont let that put you off, it's as hard or as easy as you make it. Everyone is friendly and there is no judgement on individual performance just encouragement, been attending about 13 yrs now and I've been to most gyms and always return here for workouts and friendship. Give it a try, see you in there.

Was expecting it to be full of big burly blokes & it being intimidating, but how wrong was I! I've only been going to Millpit Gym for about 2 months now & already feel part of the team, everyone is so lovely & canny. Yes, there's some big muscly blokes in there, but there's also blokes & lasses of all shapes & size. Like John (gym owner) says, the hardest part is walking through the door. Wish I’d found this gym earlier , every class is different , the trainers are very experienced, the classes cater for all fitness levels . You always get a great workout and have a laugh whether you are a beginner , or fighting fit , met some good friends , so it’s definitely worth a try . See you there . H

Best gym around. If you want a warm family orientated gym where every member counts this is the place for you. Whether it be weights or the daily classes, there is something for everyone
