I went after work last night, it was late but the staff were wonderful even after a long day with their B 104 blood drive. It's just so easy and comfortable.
I have been donating blood with Miller Memorial/Miller-Keystone at least once a year (usually more often) for 20 years. I usually visited their Bethlehem location, but since I moved out of Bethlehem in 2010 I don't visit that facility anymore. Instead, I've been visiting a local M-K Blood Drive at the Mount Bethel Volunteer Fire Company. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. Rude staff. I have been donating with Miller-Keystone on a regular basis since 2013. I go to the Bloodmobile at St. Peter's UCC in West Lawn. I have never missed an appointment until this morning. The person who organizes it called me and told me there were many available appointments and to come right over. When we got there, the Miller-Keystone staff was very rude and told me I missed my appointment and where would he even put me? And stared at me like I was stupid until I got off the bus.
