Just stayed here for my wedding night on 12/23. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are nice enough. However, the room left a lot to be desired with stains on the walls, peeling paint on the ceilings and dirty tables. (Rm 3212) I have worked in hospitality and this is unacceptable. We also had to walk down 32 flights of stairs because we couldn't get into an elevator. Some wedding night. I will never stay here again.
