Lobby looks great, rooms are very worn. No fridge so frustrating when trying to bring home late snacks or leftovers. Elevators took forever & only a couple working ones. Location is great for Times Square but this was the only real bonus.
Booked in for 12 nights from 20th May, booked and paid for accommodation back in Aug 2016. Requested a Times Square View Deluxe Room (non smoking) arrived at 12am on Saturday night after traveling from South Australia to be given room key, and no help with luggage to our room. Absolutely exhausted we crashed in what I can only describe as a small, dark room with no space for luggage. Large king bed was comfortable but reeked of cigarette smoke! RecommendedWe stayed for 7 days & We loved staying in these hotel. Fast check in & checked out. Fridge in the room would have been nice. Would recommend for sure!
Upon arriving in NY we were originally suppose to stay in a different hotel but there was a misunderstanding with dates/fees so in a jam with 2 smalls kids late a night after traveling all day; I booked this hotel through Hotwire. RecommendedExcellent rooms and very clean and neat and the staff are respectful and great people, A perfect location for any tourists and work related visitors the hotel is close to many restaurants and gift shops and right around the corner of time squre! I REALLY REALLY recommend picking this hotel if your looking for a nice priced and perfect hotel! I will definitely come her agin when I am visiting New York again. DO NOT HEZITATE TO BOOK A ROOM HERE!

RecommendedI got a decent price via TripAdvisor and Priceline -- less than $200 a night for midtown -- and the location couldn't be any better. At first glance, the room looked beautiful, but on closer inspection, the furnishings are pretty well-worn and tired.
