Our view of Times Square was simply amazing! A few things were missed in the suite itself as far as maintenance, but they came to resolve right away. A big thanks to Robert in sales for his service to us!
Due to an online booking error (i needed one room, but it booked 3 that I had in my queue from my hotel research). Initially I was told it wouldn't be a problem to refund my money (over $1500 at this point, but now I want it all back). I called multiple times and was told it was a common error and that it could take up to SEVEN WEEKS to get my refund (ironically took about 7 minutes to charge my card). I even have in writing from accounting it would be refunded. We are over two months out and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY REFUND. Ho... read more
The Millennium is simply the best hotel in New York. Why? It's got old style charm without being corny, it's authentic. Not just in the look but in the service - I felt welcomed into the family both 'front stage' and 'backstage'. Yes, I was facilitating sessions at a corporate event and saw both sides. Impeccable on every level. I fly home to London tomorrow and I'll miss it.
Super close to Times Square! One block off! Walking distance to Radio City....Rockefeller Center....and great restaurants and shopping locations!! Staff was very professional, courteous. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! Starbucks also is next door. Would not hesitate booking them again. Thanks
