Horrible hotel. Black mold in room 2122. Had to leave hotel after one night and stay at Marriott Reniassance hotel, should have stayed at Marriott in first place. Was not recognize upon arrival as a Diamond member on arrival, amenities or lack of amenities not explained. I was caught getting all night only to realize it was the mold in bathroom. Seems instead of remediation the mold they just painted over it in shower and let a large mass grow over bath tub. Had to leave hotel. Stay at Marriott , they are in a great location... read more
First time to N.Y. Today is the last day here. My husband and me came to the nearly empty restaurant took a breakfast. And wanna sit the seat by the window,that near by our friend. But a BLACK WOMEN INSISTED that we CANNOT sat the seat. #terribleservice She had my spirits dampened. Yes,I'm cried because her RUDE.TERRIBLE!

RecommendedWe stayed at this hotel in June 2018. Our first trip to NYC. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family! A big thank you and shout out to SueEllen and Natalie for helping us navigate through our reservation and get on with our trip! Great location. Rooms are a bit outdated but our Superior Room, with a king size bed, was a good size. A/C worked well. No coffee maker, but Starbucks is literally outside the lobby door on 45th Street. Water pressure in shower was great and 3 of us were able to take a shower, one after the other, without running out of hot water. As other reviewers have stated: elevators are slow during prime times, wish there was a mini fridge, and coffee maker but that won’t deter me from staying here again.
