RecommendedI had a great experience! Super cheap compared to other hotels in time square. The rooms are big too. Also, Ruben at the from desk is amazing and Kemlyn from cleaning services was really nice. I stayed in the millennium on Broadway and I loved my stay!

I’ve been coming every year to NY around this time, first and LAST time I’ll stay at this hotel, service sucks in every way possible, staff is RUDE, they act as if they’re doing you a favor to letting you stay at the hotel. My room today was HOT very HOT I called front desk and said that my AC was not working, their response (even after calling the manager) was that during winter they turn off the AC and there was nothing else they could do, just open the windows.
