For the price you pay isn't worth, half of the elevator didn't work, we ask for service , and they didn't give to us , always come out with excuses, definitely we will not going back to this hotel

Four of us were guests at this hotel the weekend of 12/17. Upon arrival, we found that the room was in poor condition. The bathroom specifically was dirty and outdated. The bath did not drain, we contacted the front desk and it took about 20 minutes for maintainance to arrive. Upon checkout, only one of five elevators was working. Guests were waiting for over a half hour just to get to the lobby floor. We had to take the stairs to a lower level, then wait another 15 minutes to get into an elevator. When you walk into this hotel it looked amazing and inviting. The fronts of house representatives were inviting and friendly. However, once you step off the elevator into the guest floors everything changed. The wall paper was torn, carpets were a mess, and there was a great deal of disrepair just in the hallway. Once in the room, same thing, I found multiple items broken, dirty conditions and poor upkeep of the facility equipment. One of the first items that caused us issues was the air.
