Great hotel, close to time square, the staff were very helpful. If I could have a complaint it would be no coffee pot in the room, other than that it was great
Fabulous hotel. Stayed at beginning of April for my 40th celebrations. Excellent location with spotless rooms. Just off Times Square but we heard no noise whatsoever. Staff were amazingly friendly especially doormen, concierge and housekeeping. Would thoroughly recommend . Shame you couldn't have helped with the freezing temperatures ;-) x
