Had a great time here in December, hotel was beautiful and upgraded to the suite for our wedding! Got married on the 1st of December in central park, the hotel staff were really helpful! Can't wait go back!
I checked out on Sunday and the hotel has failed to refund my deposit until now. The deposit should have not been taken from my account in the first place. All hotels I have stayed at have never taken the money but just hold it as a security. Please refund my money immediately as I did not authorize this transaction
Great rate, great location and slightly above average service. Other than that, nothing special. The beds are hard, the rooms are bland and the wifi is expensive.
