Bought a 2000 pocket spring mattress 19 years ago and it is just beginning to need replacement. Outstanding comfort, it was expensive to purchase but well worth the cost for such a long service,

Ridiculously heavy mattress bought via John Lewis. Cheap as chips and useless delivery company. I can only recommend you buy a mattress from another company. Why they use 2MHD I don't know - they threw the mattress onto the pavement, they had no dollies so dragged it over the lawn, and the 2 guys were so weak they couldn't lift this 100kg+ mattress up the step. This company is a con with terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs! They work in conjunction with Bedsruzzz which sell mattresses claiming to be natural. I bought an expensive 'natural' wool mattress which was unbearable to sleep on since it made me overheat terribly. My husband and son both agreed when trying it out for just 1 night (and they are known as cool sleepers). I've loved my Millbrook for 3 years now. Absolutely superb. I wake up every day saying I love this mattress
