Don't live here Is there an option to give 0 stars... I moved into a townhouse back in January. There is many issues with the townhouse. Slider door doesn't lock, screen door needs new screen, bathtub is peeling, mold on Windows, and much more. The office management and maintenance have been told and nothing had been done. It's been 7 months and I am so unhappy here . Also NO ONE likes to park right. Management says they handed out notices,etc... How about assigned parking like other complexes. Verified Renter Living at Mill Pond was a a great experience of comfort and safe living. If it wasn't for the transportation I would of stayed. Beautiful place to raise your family.
Verified Renter Mill Pond village is a beautiful area but unfortunately many of the people who live there make it a horrible place to live in. You have no privacy, you always have to worry about finding a parking spot, neighbors are loud especially during the night and management does not enforce the following of rules. I wish I could love Mill Pond Village but a lot of areas need to be looked at and fixed.
Stupid people Guy never thought to tell me ATM all they have available is low income house drive about an hr to get there. Should be the first thing mentioned on phone. A simple just so you know atm all we have is low income housing, and I would have obviously said okay nvm. Waste of time clearly doesn't know what they're doing.
