Verified Renter I like that management is prompt, professional and courteous. I like that maintenance is prompt when it comes to fixing things and keeping up with the landscaping. I like that everything is pretty convenient since Mill Pond is pretty secluded as far as a laundry facility, a gym, a park for the kids, a pool, the drop box for packages and the mail slot for outgoing mail, plenty of parking and that heat and hot water is included (which is a god sent)!
