Verified Renter I love living at Mill Pond because of the proximity to Hartford, Springfield etc..You live in a country setting but you're close to major cities as well. There's also plenty of parking, a pool, gym, clubhouse and heat and hot water is included. I mean what more can you ask for! Thanks Mill Pond!

Verified Renter I love living here. The office staff have been very helpful and responsive and Freddie with maintenance has been great at the very few issues I've had over the years. Nice playground for my son which he loves. The free WiFi in the office/community area helped when I didn't have internet. They have a movie room and small gym with tv and a nice community room with couches and tv and radio you can rent for get togethers or parties.
