It was a delight to work with Lisa & Kim. They both have warm and sunny dispositions. They were extremely personable and fun to deal with. Bob was equally helpful, and they all persuaded me to break open the piggy-bank and spend more than I had intended, but I left the dealership with a smile on my face. I am now extremely happy (and broke!)
Bill Shaw was amazing sales rep. throughout the whole sales process. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we were masking the right decision. We will return to milford nissan because of him!
My husband and I were ready for the high pressure sales pitch, instead we were greeted, and asked what type vehicle we were interested in, we asked him a million questions, and dragged him around the lot. Never mention of let's work the numbers or let's go in and see what you have to work with. I test drove the Juke and was hooked, even my husband who is 6' was comfortable. Great experience. No pressure while looking at the cars in the lot. Our salesman, Bill Shaw, was outstanding. We will go to him whenever we are in need of a new car and will recommend him to anyone else looking. The showroom was clean and the tv area was very nice. There was very little negotiating as my target monthly payment was achieved very quickly. I've only had my new Nissan for a few days, but I love everything about it thus far.
Wonderful dealership. They all were smiling and welcoming me to their company with friendly smile and offer me water. Got a wonderful deal with price of the car I could not afford due economy, got a wonderful price and all. Thank You very much for all your help I enjoying so far!
Unlike other dealerships, it was nice to experience no pressure sales. Bob Mucciarone (Sales Consultant) listened and understood our needs which made for a pleasurable car-buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Jim Wood (Finance Manager) worked hard to make the numbers work for us. The bottom line is that we got a more-than-fair amount for our trade-in and a discounted amount off the fair market value of the vehicle we purchased. You can't beat that.
Brian is a great guy. He is true to his word and didn't waste my time. It was a pleasure to work with him, as he made the sale fair, quick and easy in what can often be a painful process.
Bill Shaw was a great salesperson, never overpowering, friendly and very informative. Bill spent a few hours with my husband and me, taking us for a test drive and explaining all of the features of the Altima in detail.... WE WERE SOLD!!!! WOW what a great experience. This is car buying at its best. No pressure and excellent customer service. My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Murano. We decided to stop in at Milford Nissan on Friday 8/16/13 to see some of the cars we had viewed on the web. We were later than expected and the dealership was closed (around 6:30PM).
