Bill Shaw was absolutely fantastic. Listened to what I wanted and needed in a car and didn't push me into anything. By far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! This dealership is top notch and I will recommend to everyone.
My first experience with Milford Nissan had not been so great. I walked away very disapointed. although after speaking with Guy I was very pleased. He had great customer service and was willinging to work with me to help me buy the car I wanted. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at the dealership. He did not pressure me in any which way and was always very supportive and informative when I asked questions.
Bran was great - very helpful and friendly. He helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Made me feel at home while waiting for the paperwork to go through. Very attentive and followed up on all aspects of my purchase. Jim was awesome, explained all the paperwork very well and helped me get the best warranties possible. The team I worked with made my buying experience easy and it was a joy working with them. I just wish I had gone to Nissan Milford first instead of the other 7 dealers which would have saved me so much time. They did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and I really trusted them. I would definitely recommend Milford Nissan to my friends and family!
I had a great experience at Milford Nissan. Most people feel pressured and uncomfortable when at a car dealership but there is none of that here. You don't feel like you're being handled at Milford Nissan. I was greeted with a smile and all of my questions were answered. I love my new car and am very pleased with the service that I received from the team at Milford Nissan.
Guy Bedau was terrific. My wife was looking for a new vehicle and was down to three or four mid-sized SUVs. In her search, we dealt with probably six or more salespeople for the various makes, and Guy was--hands down--the most direct (he e-mailed us a real price), helpful, and straightforward: no b***s**t.
