This was a wonderful experience from top to bottom. Joe, Bob, and everyone else who helped were relaxed, supportive, and no pressure. They let me test drive calmly, were very helpful in explaining product differences. They were clear and honest about pricing, loans, and incentives. I have purchased more than 30 cars all over the country in my life, and this one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.
The first time i walked into the dealership I was still comparing different makes and models of cars, so all I really wanted to do was take a test drive, and move on without the usual "Lets talk price" conversation. If you are looking for a Nissan Leaf, Milford Nissan is the place go. Guy Bedau is the Leaf specialist. Out of all the experiences I have had leasing or buying, this was the best. Guy found the exact car I wanted within a day and I got a great deal. Everyone I met at Milford Nissan made me feel welcome. I will definitely go back to Milford Nissan for my next car purchase.
Salesman was very friendly and helpful. Allowed some price and part negotiation, and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
The employees are friendly and easy to work with. The staff are willing to work with you to create a package/deal that works for you without being pushy. They get back to you quickly and help you resolve any issues that you may encounter.

Originally, I was looking to replace my 2012 Versa with a 2014 Versa Note with specific requirements that would require the dealer to locate the vehicle for me. Guiy was friendly, personable and straight forward with me and my Dad during the negotions. I am so happy with the experience I had with Milford Nissan. Let's face it--buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, to say the least!! Bob and Kim worked as a team to ensure the smoothest transaction possible--not once did I feel the stereotypical pressure that usualy accompanies a car purchase.
