My father and I just picked up a 2012 Nissan Altima, and I must say that we both have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. Unlike most dealerships salesmen, Bill had a very relaxed manner and the way he conducted business with zero pressure on pushing a deal. Overall, our experience was very smooth with no empty promises or hidden costs. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind when searching for cars in the future.

I had a great experience at Milford Nissan - the best car buying experience to date. Unfortunately, I was not buying a car at my leisure - I was forced to because I was in a wreck which totaled my previous vehicle and I needed to get a vehicle rather quickly while working with a budget. Since I was paying cash for my vehicle it was a lot easier to go through the whole process and Guy was very helpful in working with my budget to get me into a vehicle that both met my needs and was affordable for me. Prior to visiting Milford Nissan, my wife and I had visited at least 3 other dealerships looking to lease a full sized SUV. Each dealer we previously met with had difficulty understanding our needs and interests in a new vehicle. Our next visit was at the Milford, MA Nissan which proved to be the most productive of all. I was looking for a large vehicle, but not a truck. Milford Nissan had an Armada, used, which was to both my wife's and my liking. We purchased it and are 100% satisfied with the salesman, the rest of the staff, the service we have received, and especially the vehicle itself. It has been great on our 6 hour trips to Northern Maine since we purchased it, most reliable! The salesman, Bill Shaw is the best. We have purchased 4 vehicles over the last 6-7 years from him and will not work with anyone else!

When I first walked into Milford Nissan, I knew I was at the right place to buy a car. Bill Shaw was the consumate professional and very easy to deal with when negotiating a price for my brand new 2013 Nissan. We even joked that the beautiful black Nissan that I ultimately purchased was my new girl, "Angelina" (Jolie). Bob Baillargeon, the manager, was incredibly gracious and nice. Working with Kim at Milford Nisson to purchase my Nisson Rogue has been the best car buying experience I ever had. No pressure and easy to work with. All employees at Milford Nisson were very helpful.

This was my second purchase from Milford Nissan. My first purchase was a couple of years ago. I bought a new nissan and ended up having to return the vehicle as a lemon. While that was a frustrating experience, I was always happy with my interactions with Milford Nissan. This purchase was a totally different experience for me. Bill is top shelf! The only salesperson i've ever dealt with who took the time to clearly explain my options, figure out the types of cars i was thinking about and truly help me figure out the best choice for me. I had walked out of 3 dealerships due to high pressure salespeople who acted desperate to make their numbers and comission. Then along comes Bill when im walking around the lot at milford nissan all calm and factual and made me relax sit down and figure it out! Just what i needed! ????
