I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Nissan Juke. Larry started the experience with his no pressure sale and knowledge and that carried write through with finance and service. All this and while waitng I enjoyed hot chocolate another employee brought me and the company of a friendly dog named Chester. Every question I had was answered and Im comfoted knowing I could call back with any other questions that may arise.
I usually hate car shopping but my experience at Milford Nissan was nothing but positive. I worked with Larry and he was professional, kind and great at his job and I never felt forced or pressured to buy anything. I even got two new tires on my used car. I will definitely recommend this dealership and come back when it's time for a new car.
Just came home with a 2013 Nissan LEAF from Milford Nissan. Had a great experience there. Went by three times and asked A LOT of questions. Guy Bedau was super helpful and patient and if he didn't know the answer to a question would look it up or ask their LEAF tech. Did two test drives and on the second let us drive the car home to Framingham so we could get a sense of the range and whether I could get my bike in the back.
I have given this dealership the ratings of excellence because of the quality of service, professionalism and friendliness that I experienced during my visit there. I was not pushed or rushed into making a selection that I wanted or better yet, did not want! I highly recommend anyone and everyone visit Milford Nissan and make that purchase!!!
