Purchase of a Leased 2010 Maxima We leased the Maxima elsewhere. Went to M.N to purchase at end of Lease.M.N's Business Manager Jim Wood made It easy for us. Bob Baillargeon and all staff went out of their way for us. Our car was completely cleaned at no cost and Bob gave us an invite for a free oil change. The dealership is very customer friendly with mature and pleasant sales people.

Buying a new We got a very good quote online for a basic model Altima. We went to the dealership and decided that we wanted a more expensive model. Milford Nissan met the same discount on the higher priced model with no complaint or hassle. They were very friendly and did not try to steer us to a car they wanted to sell. They were very accommodating, letting us look at several cars and test drive many of them with no trouble or pressuring us to make a decision. All of the people we worked with served us. Great buying experience from beginning to end ! No stress, no worries. I never thought a buying experience could be so easy ! Bill Shaw greeted us in a kind helpful manner. I wrote this review because I went to purchase a used vehicle Nissan Altima and ended up buying a New 2013 Altma SL. Everyone at the dealership was proffesional, polite, and there was no pressure. I felt as though I had known these guys for a long time. The experience was excellent and we shared a lot of laughs as well. My car was literally driven right out of the showroom the same evening. Bill Gray was friendly, courteous and professional throughout the process. He was friendly and open with me about the entire process, and I believe the price for the vehicle and the transport charges to get it to me in Texas were very competitive.
