Excellent Customer Service This was my first leased vehicle and I was very pleased with my experience at Milford Nissan. Caroline, Bob and Jim were very professional and friendly. The color I wanted was not on their lot but in less than 24 hours they had it and we were ready to go. Caroline was friendly and personable and made you feel at ease. The communication was great and concise throughout the transaction. I would definitely do business again with Milford Nissan, they are highly recommended.
Purchase of new Altima We recently purchased a new, 2014 Nissan Altima at Milford Nissan. We are residents of Norwood, MA, but had had a disappointing experience at our local dealership. Phenominal Experience I had the challlenging task of have to purchase a new car in a quick amount of time. Milford Nissan was by far, the best experience that I could ask for in buying a car. From my sales person, Caroline Araujo, to the manager, Bob Baillargeon to the finance guy, Jim Wood, they were all extremely courteous, helpful, patient and accomodating! Exceptional customer service Long story short: I had an unexpected problem with my 1-year old car.
