Brian Rogers was exceptional. We had visited other dealerships whose sales personnel did not listen to our needs and or concerns. Brian was easy going and not pushy with his sales presentation. He allowed us to do what we needed to do to make our own decision and gave us information we needed to do so.Jim the sales manager was very good also. Were hoping this will be a long lasting relationship with Milford Nissan.
I had been to 3 other dealerships prior to coming to Milford Nissan, and I have to say they blew me away! Brian was very helpful in finding exactly what i was looking for in my price range he was not trying to sell me something out of my range or just put me in a car he though was best for me. He saw the deal all the way through! Jim was very helpful with processing my car loan and always kept me informed of every step. I will be sure to send anyone I know looking to buy a car to Brian, or Milford Nissan.
Guy made this visit a pleasure from beginning to end. He answered all our questions and demonstrated every major feature of our new Rogue before we left the lot. He stayed after closing to make sure that we were fully satisfied. Thank you Guy!
My experience with Milford Nissan was better than I could have imagined. I found myself in need of a car and went in to speak with Brian. He took the time to show me the cars that were the best fit for me and my needs. He was very patient as I drove many cars before I chose the one for me. I decided to purchase a car from Milford after my Aunt and cousin recently purchased a car from them as well. They had great things to say about Milford and they were right, I had great service and would recommend a buyer to this dealer.
I was actually shopping for a Honda and stopped by the Milford Nissan dealership to confirm my decision. I ended up buying an Altima. I'm over 6 feet tall and the Altima was much more comfortable to sit in and drive. Brian was probably the most friendly and relaxed sales person I've ever dealt with. He was there to show me around and help me with whatever I needed but with absolutely zero pressure. In fact the whole transaction went quite smoothly. Overall a great experience and I love the car.
