Luis did an incredible job working with us through the process. He even helped me throw a surprise party for my wife when we closed! He went above and beyond. Manny and Anthony Gatti were great on the construction front. We worked most closely with Anthony and he did a phenomenal job - always helpful and available. Really impressed with you guys. Finally, the house itself and the amenities are awesome.

As of today my rating for milestone will have to be 3 stars. Sal was great overall and very communicative throughout the process. This review does not reflect on him but on the builders themselves. I closed on my house before the cosmetic issues were taking care of. Some were finished and others not. My yard was left with lots of trash and debris that I figured would've been cleaned up before we pulled up. My sod is another issue that I hope can get resolved quickly but the experience taught me not to hold my breath. Hopeful... read more

Do not buy a Milestone home. They use cheap paint (flat paint every where), bad lumber and the workers building the house do not care. The quality of their work is bad. My door leaks and one of the windows leaks. Its been a month we've filed the paperwork for them to fix it and they still haven't fixed it. We paid a lot of money and I tell people we paid for the location NOT the house. The workers pooped in the toilet and they leave there trash every where. DO NOT BUY MILESTONE HOUSE. IT IS TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY. IT IS LIFE TIME INVESTMENT WHEN YOU BUY A HOUSE BUT DO NOT WASTE THAT WITH MILESTONE. I HAD ABOUT HALF MILLION DOLLAR HOUSE FROM MILESTONE LAST MAY AND STILL HAVE ISSUE WITH HOUSE AND THEY DO NOT FIX IT. I SENT THEM A LIST OF ITEM THEY HAVE TO FIX BUT THEY DID NOT RESPONSE. WORST BUILDER IN CENTRAL TEXAS.

Milestone did a great job getting me into my first time new home. From beginning to end everyone was very professional and well scheduled. They helped me with any questions I had threw out the process. The house looks great.

The first part of my dealings with Milestone was horrible. Miss information from the sales rep Miranda and not following thru on promises. Communication was horrible. As the build went on the first Superintendent (Jay) was ok. Then Bruce came into the picture and its like everything changed. I was getting better updated information on the house and he was fixing problems very quickly and following up with me on a daily basis. Bruce St. Romain is a fantastic hire for your company.
