We just moved to a new home @The park at Brushy Creek. It has been a pleasant experience to work with Andy through the entire process. It's our first home and he has immensely helped us in understanding intricacies involved. The followup continued even after i closed home through constant check-ins whether i need any help. Settling in.. first home buying experience has been great.

I just moved into the house last week. Andy was great all along the sale and closing process. Him and Tommy were awesome to work with. House is good for the most part. I do have concern about my yard getting muddy due to poor grading and leveling. Other than that everything is good.

We purchased the property at whitestone landing amd sales Rep, Andy Frias made first time home buying experience so easy and pleasant! We were so blessed to have him by our side with this new journey. He goes the extra mile to explain and talk to you about the plans/deco and everything you need to know to buy the home. I purchased a house at Whitestone Landing by Milestone Community Builders and closed it recently. Overall it is a pleasant experience and I have to specially mention the sales manager , Andy Frias who has lot of patience and attention to details and customer focus . My Home is currently in the process of getting built(Whitestone Landing, Cedar Park). It should be ready by late September. Our sales representative Amit Frias is an awesome guy to work with. He has answers for all our questions at any time of the day, even weekends. Also Ms. Omayma with the design center is very patient. Being the first time homebuyers we had lots of questions with Amit and we had to change things, multiple times in the design center. Both Amit and Omayma helped us a lot. I bought my house in the reserve at brushy creek end of last year . We had to close in three weeks and I must say Brooke made it happen ! She worked with both my realtor and lender and made it as smooth as possible till the day of closing . Even during and after I moved both Brooke and Andrew have helped at every step with every issue or question I've had . They are very professional and prompt in responding too
